Collage calendar

An energy supplier asked me to create a calendar whereas each month will be represented by one important scientist. In order to create a diversified experience, I have illustrated for some of the months a portrait of the scientist and for the other months I have illustrated the story of the major discovery of the respective scientist.

Hand-made. I’ve cut out a collage from vintage magazines of the years 1960-1990 and transformed the work into a digital format afterwards. In order to create a texture I’ve used for the collage different papers.
